Our Response

DRYUNOW responded with mitigation crews on Saturday morning to begin removing contents and affected building materials. By the end of the weekend, the demolition was completed, the basement was clean, and structural drying was underway. By the end of the week, they drying process was completed and repairs were discussed to start soon.

Summary

Prior to the water damage, the basement was professionally finished with approximately 2,000 sq ft and most rooms were affected by the water. The rooms included a wine room, workout room with equipment, entertainment area, theater seating, and many closets and hallway space.

DRYUNOW worked with the homeowner to complete repairs in a manner that matched the rest of the house and the pre-loss condition of the basement, including installing and finishing Venetian plaster walls, custom baseboards and trim, and high-end carpeting. DRYNOW was also able to replicate the custom paint style that used multiple colors of paint to create a Tuscan look throughout the basement and into the stairwell. The entire project was complete in April 2019.
